Summary
Dentakay is an Istanbul-based dental group founded in 2009 by Dr. Gülay Akay, with clinics in Istanbul (Nish in Bahçelievler, Şişli, Bağcılar), Antalya and Ankara, a clinic in Riyadh and a consultation office in London. This page describes the Nish clinic in Bahçelievler, which the group presents as its flagship; it is open Monday to Saturday. The site lists 11 dentists for this clinic, among them two prosthodontists and an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, and describes implants and full-arch implants, crowns, bridges, smile design, orthodontics, gum treatment, jaw surgery, children's dentistry and emergency same-day care on separate pages. Approximate price ranges in pounds are published for implants, full-arch implants, crowns and veneers; the online consultation is free. The Nish clinic is on the Turkish Ministry of Health's list of facilities authorised for health tourism.
Multi-branch group: Nish (Bahçelievler), Şişli and Bağcılar in Istanbul, two clinics in Antalya, Çayyolu in Ankara, a clinic in Riyadh and a consultation office in London. Address, phone, hours, dentists and Google reviews on this card are those of the Nish clinic, which the site calls its flagship; prices and treatment pages are the group's. The site gives the Nish hours as Monday-Saturday 09:00-21:00, the Google listing as 9 AM-8 PM.

| 2026-10-08 | Re-read on 2026-10-08: the clinic's website (home, prices, treatment, doctor, location, contact and patient-guide pages; the price pages in all six language versions) and the Google listing of its Nish clinic in four review orders. Recorded: approximate price ranges are now published for implants, full-arch implants, crowns and veneers, with consultation and X-ray / 3D scan shown at no charge; no price for cleaning or fillings; X-ray and cone beam CT on site; emergency same-day care described; hours Monday-Saturday 09:00-21:00 on the site (9 AM-8 PM on Google); e-mail info@dentakay.com; Google 4.9 from 6,699 reviews, newest 2026-10-06; owner replies on 11 of the 16 reviews read. Corrected: prices published and the implant, crown, consultation and X-ray prices - the site's Prices section was not there at the earlier reading; the address and map now rest on the clinic's own Nish page. Confirmed: a repeated complaint about follow-up after treatment in the lowest-rated reviews; no suspicious review pattern. Not re-checked: Facebook and TripAdvisor presence. Visibility re-checked on 2026-10-08 with the canonical Istanbul queries, read once for every clinic of the list; local results and the first page of web results counted (no AI Overview was shown). The clinic appears in 0 of the four general queries. The emergency query was read before opening hours, when its local results are round-the-clock practices; a clinic not found in it is not marked absent. |
| 2026-10-05 | TripAdvisor presence checked on 2026-10-05: no listing found for this clinic. |
| 2026-10-05 | Read 10 of the clinic's Google reviews on 2026-10-02: a repeated complaint is recorded, no suspicious review pattern. |

| 2026-10-01 | Other review platforms re-checked on 2026-10-01: Trustpilot page rated 4.3 with recent patient reviews; the Bookimed page shows only Google reviews and is no longer cited for this. |
| 2026-09-29 | Corrected 2026-09-29: owner replies to reviews confirmed on the Google listing (owner reply dated 2026-08-17). |
| 2026-09-24 | Aligned with the clinic's entry on turkeydentalrating.com: recorded Review recency (within_3_months) from sources read on 2026-08-26. |
| 2026-09-07 | Opaque_prices flag removed under methodology v1.4.0 (no citable evidence found on re-verification: dentakay.com, fetched 2026-09-07, publishes no price list and no teaser price — only a JavaScript savings calculator and the FAQ line 'Patients typically save 50-70% compared to dental costs in the UK, US, and Europe' — so there is no published figure to be contradicted, and no independent report of a quote not being honoured is reachable by automated fetch). |
| 2026-09-07 | opaque_prices flag reviewed under methodology v1.4.0 and kept: the note hints at opacity but cites nothing verifiable, so it is annotated for re-verification at the next check. |
| 2026-08-25 | License verification 2026-08-25 against T.C. Sağlık Bakanlığı Sağlık Turizmi Yetkili Diğer Sağlık Tesisleri list: found — 'Özel Dentakay Ağız ve Diş Sağlığı Polikliniği-3', İstanbul, matching the clinic's stored Bahçelievler address; all 5 named doctors could not be checked — Doktor Bilgi Bankası (only individual-dentist registry) requires e-Devlet identity verification with no public name-lookup. |
| 2026-08-25 | Re-verification 2026-08-25: confirmed website live, name/address/phone unchanged, clinic open; rating holds at 4.9 while review count rose from 6488 to 6687; recorded Maps place URL and pin coordinates. |
