| 2026-10-08 | Re-read on 2026-10-08: the clinic's website (all pages in Turkish and English: home, clinic, dentists, eight treatment pages, contact, articles, policies and the landing page for patients from Germany), its Google listing, the Trustpilot and WhatClinic profiles and the Ministry of Health list of authorised health-tourism facilities dated 2026-10-05, which carries the clinic as Özel Şişli Alman Ağız ve Diş Sağlığı Polikliniği with its address and phone. Recorded: orthodontics for children from age 7; general anaesthesia in a hospital setting described in an article (informational); Google 4.9 from 340 reviews, newest 2026-10-04, with owner replies to critical reviews; repeated complaints about work that failed, on Google and Trustpilot; the campaign packages on the landing page for patients from Germany are promotional and not counted as prices. Corrected: a free examination and consultation are offered on the site, so the consultation price is now recorded as published; the site carries only a bare Organization markup, so structured data is now recorded as absent. Still unverified: TripAdvisor presence was not re-read today and the Facebook page was not opened. Visibility re-checked on 2026-10-08 with the canonical Istanbul queries, read once for every clinic of the list; local results and the first page of web results counted (no AI Overview was shown). The clinic appears in 0 of the four general queries. The emergency query was read before opening hours, when its local results are round-the-clock practices; a clinic not found in it is not marked absent. |
| 2026-10-01 | Other review platforms re-checked on 2026-10-01: WhatClinic profile at the clinic's address (no reviews yet). |
| 2026-09-24 | Search visibility checked on 2026-09-24 for four Istanbul queries — "best dentist Istanbul", "English speaking dentist Istanbul", "emergency dentist Istanbul" and "Istanbul dental clinic for expats": not present for "best dentist Istanbul", "English speaking dentist Istanbul", "emergency dentist Istanbul" and "Istanbul dental clinic for expats". |
| 2026-09-24 | Re-read on 2026-09-24: the clinic’s website (full treatments menu, general-treatments and implant pages, clinic photo gallery, contact page) and its Google listing. Recorded: an own-hosted interior photo gallery, X-ray and CT-based implant planning, a Facebook link, structured data on the site, Saturday and evening hours, owner replies and updated Google figures (4.9 from 335 reviews). Recorded a recurring pattern of crown/veneer restorations reported failing between two weeks and four years after treatment. Not found in TripAdvisor’s own search; no emergency service documented. Still unverified: pediatric dentistry (the general-treatments page mentions fissure sealants for children, but no children’s dentistry service is listed). |
| 2026-09-07 | opaque_prices flag removed under methodology v1.4.0 (no evidence of bait/opacity; non-publication is scored by price criteria). |
| 2026-08-25 | License verification 2026-08-25 against T.C. Sağlık Bakanlığı Sağlık Turizmi Yetkili Diğer Sağlık Tesisleri/Muayenehaneler lists and the clinic's own site: not found under any searched name variant, and the site's own MoH-approval claim is unaccompanied by any actual number — recorded as verified-false; all 5 named doctors could not be checked — no accessible individual-dentist registry. |
| 2026-08-25 | Re-verification 2026-08-25: confirmed website live, address/phone unchanged, clinic open; newly captured Google rating 4.9 (327 reviews, both previously unset); recorded Maps place URL and pin coordinates. |
